Come celebrate all things sauer in this fermentation demo. Learn how to make a simple sauerkraut at home, and get your hands into a vegan version of the Korean classic kimchi. Sample some Cork rainwater kefir and raw vegan crackers made from fermented krauts. This demo will show how easy it is to make your own probiotic rich foods at home, and why it’s so important to have fermented foods in our daily diet.
