Jacques Brennan / Hungry Soul

Jacques Brennan has been vegetarian all his life, 57 years, and vegan almost 10 years. He’s lived in Africa, Canada and Europe, and has survived through interesting times. He has been cooking alongside his French mother since he was old enough to snap green beans. Jacques’ book, Hungry Soul, is here to help the young and not so young to cook vegan.

Maria Lukjanov is a mum of two, vegan recipe developer and food photographer. She’s been vegan for over three years now and specialises in desserts, cakes and snacks. She really wanted to show everyone who wasn’t vegan that vegan food is beautiful and delicious and that’s how she started her IG account.

The Firefighting Chef is a regular on the Ireland AM TV show. Paul hopes to create a greater awareness of healthier lifestyle choices by showing people how to change to more ethical, plant based food solutions.

Christina credits her background in culinary arts for helping her to look at ingredients used in traditional recipes and develop them using a plant based substitute. She also draws daily inspiration from the ever growing vegan community on instagram. Addictedtodates is about bringing vegan recipes to the mainstream, and uniting both vegan and non vegan communities through delicious, healthy food. It’s about replacing regular treats with cruelty free alternatives without ever having to compromise on taste!
