Autumn Supper by Tony Keogh (Cornucopia)

Tony Keogh, Cornucopia’s head chef, will be showing us how to make delicious okonomiyaki (Japanese pan cake) using a mung bean/black salt mix to replace the egg. For dessert Tony will be making apple fools with almond caramel and vanilla custard. If you don’t have your Halloween menu sorted, Tony has you covered.
