This talk will highlight recent research on the climate impacts of Fossil Foods (meat, dairy and fish) and the potential climate benefits of a vegan food system. It will also highlight some of the systemic drivers supporting the continued expansion of Fossil Foods and explore potential actions to transition to a Plant Based Food system.
