Vegan Health & Fitness Panel with Heather Gordon, Michael Donohoe, Deirdre Faul (Transplant Athlete), Sean Clifford.

Deirdre Faul is an Irish transplant athlete, who lives In Dublin. Since 2006, following her challenging recovery, she has participated in World, European and British Transplant games representing Ireland as part of Transplant Team Ireland and The Royal Free Hospital, London, where she received her liver transplant. Deirdre sees evidence that her vegan plant based diet has contributed to her overall health and well-being.

Michael Donohoe is a professional Acrobatic Fitness Coach from Dublin. He co-own’s Fierce Fitness with Terri Walsh, in Maynooth Co.Kildare. Michael has a number of local and international winning titles in Pole Sports\Dance and Fitness.

Heather Gordon is a Vegan ultra runner. Her first race was the 4 Deserts Atacama (Chile) Crossing 2017; a 250km, 7 day, self-supported desert race. Runners must carry all their own equipment and food and are only provided with drinking water and a place in a tent each night to rest! Heather finished 2nd in the U30 age category.

Sean Clifford has been an Ultra runner for many years and has competed in races across the globe, like the UTMB in France, Diagonal des Fous on Reunion Island, El Cruce in Chile and Ankor Ultra in Cambodia. Sean has just recently set a new Irish record after his epic run 10 times up the country’s highest mountain.
