Gerard Prendergast is an Ultra Endurance Triathlete, a personal trainer and fitness coach from Ballymun, Dublin. After the loss of his brother in law to suicide, Ger teamed up with Mental Health Ireland to help raise funding and awareness for mental health. He tasked himself with completing 52 Ironman’s in 52 weeks for 2018. In May 2018 he also completed a 100 Mile run in 20 hours on a 550 meter loop. Ger believes his vegan plant based diet is a huge contributor to his ability to complete these events, challenges and races.

Dr. Ailis Brosnan is a vegan wellness expert who has over 25 years experience helping people create healthier lifestyles so they feel healthy, energised and engage more fully in life. Ailis is a vegan for over 20 years and a passionate advocate of plant based nutrient dense diets. She has a first class honours degree in ‘Exercise Science’ from DeMontfort University in the UK and a Master’s degree in ‘Health Promotion and Wellness Management’ which included nutrition. Her third degree is a Professional Doctorate degree in Health Sciences (Psychology). In her spare time she loves being active outdoors and setting challenges for herself. In 2017 she completed an Ironman Triathlon (3.8km swim, 180km bike and a marathon).

Luci Vidal has been living in Ireland for 6 years. She’s a Bikini-category contest winner and represented Brazil in International bikini contest in Cancun Mexico.
Her biggest mission as a fitness coach is to help people become more confident. As a qualified personal trainer and nutritional health coach graduate she supports her clients (& Instagram audience) to have good relationship with their body and mind by empowering them with fitness education &  motivation, creating a positive mindset and healthy nutrition lifestyle .
