Ciara Brenan has a vegan catering business called Happy Food at Home that started 7 years for two reasons: she was always vegetarian and 7 years ago she got diagnosed with breast cancer. Ciara appears on Ireland am, teaches cooking classes and runs vegan demos. Her successful vegan deli is a must-visit at the famous Limerick Milk Market.
