Dr. Ailis Brosnan is a plant-based wellness expert who has over 25 years experience helping busy women create healthier lifestyles so they feel confident, energised and engage more fully in life.
Vegan for over 20 years Ailis is a passionate advocate of plant based nutrient dense diets. She has three degrees in the health and fitness field along with numerous certifications such as Plant-based Nutrition and Living Foods instructor.
In her spare time she loves being active in the outdoors and setting challenges for herself such as completing an Ironman Triathlon, swimming around Garnish island twice and cycling from one end of Ireland to the other.
